Overall the experience has been good, The bike was easy to assemble. I had to do some adjustment on the derailleur, as it kept slipping, overshifting, etc. However once adjusted it was great. Park Tools has a great video on YouTube on how to adjust the rear derailleur. I also noticed a strange vibrating noise, starting at 19mph and stopping at about 22mph, it would happen on pure downhill with PAS set to 0 and no pedaling. It turned out to be the wheel reflectors vibrating against the spokes, the reflectors are attached to the spokes and the ends have small articulating arms, the middle of the reflector was vibrating against the spokes, so I made an X with two tie wraps, which fixed the issue. The brakes on this bike are top notch, very quick stopping with no noise. The bike is just plain fun to ride, great upright riding position, the fat tires give a smooth ride and smooth out all the bumps in the road. The hand grips feel great. As far as distance, I am seeing about 35-40 miles with a mix of PAS 1 and 2, mildly hilly terrain. Good amount of torque, watch out when starting in any setting but PAS 1, it starts you very quickly.
