This is great news for every new Espin e-bike owner because these warranties will cover everything that isn’t covered by the warranty on parts and components, up to and including the cost of a new e-bike. We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what these warranties can offer you.
What is EspinCare?
EspinCare is our extended coverage plan specifically for Espin e-bikes. Not only does it extend the manufacturer’s warranty, but it also includes accidental damage protection from day 1 of delivery, and covers repairs or replacements. We’ve partnered with Mulberry to provide EspinCare, because we stand behind our e-bikes and know you'll enjoy it for many years to come.

What Is Covered?
How do I sign up for EspinCare?
It’s easy - just add a protection plan to your cart and check out! After you purchase coverage, you’ll receive a welcome email from Mulberry prompting you to activate your account. Activating your account will give you access to your dedicated warranty dashboard where you’ll be able to view your plan details and full policy terms, and file claims as needed.
Currently EspinCare is only offered on the Espin Aero, but we'll be rolling it out on all our bikes soon - sign up for our newsletter to stay informed (at the bottom of our home page).
What is Mulberry?
Mulberry works with us to provide you with extended coverage on the products you purchase from our site.

How do I file a claim?
Mulberry makes it easy to file a claim online through their customer dashboard, no receipts needed! You can also contact their customer support team 24/7 at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 1-917-994-6394
What happens if I return or exchange my e-bike?
Each EspinCare plan is tied to the specific product with which it was purchased. This means when you return or exchange your product, you will also need to cancel the warranty with Mulberry (and purchase a new plan if you prefer). If you cancel your warranty within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund of your EspinCare plan, minus any claims paid.
